Sites at the Fort App?

I downloaded the sites at the fort app to my droid phone. When I went to look at it one day it was sort of grayed out ans said "app not downloaded" when I clicked on it. I downloaded it again. It was working, now it says app not downloaded again. Does anyone else have this problem?

I will download it right before we leave so we have it at check in.

I would contact the app maker. Not sure anyone here could help.
