Hopefully you’ve sent an email complaint to them about it? I think a lot of people come here to voice concerns but never send anything to Disney. With enough people complaining something hopefully will give. Good luck!
Yes, I have a ticket missing (mine) and someone else is showing up (Ben Snyder). I have no idea who Ben Snyder is. When I go to the app, it shows no tickets or reservations for me. I choose next week also.
Just as a follow up the down site only lasted about five minutes. With that said though on my sixth day that was our HS day I had to take a late afternoon for the Slinky Dog and I did this day first so some people must have been getting through. Yes I did send an email to Disney telling them that if they expected their guests to plan so far in advance they could at least keep the site in good working order. I also mentioned that we have been spending more and more of our time and money on vacations to Universal and have no plans to renew our AP in November. That really pains me but the costs have gotten way out of hand.
Earlier today it showed tickets for 2 out of 3 of us and now when I go on the site and click MDE it will not bring up any info. Will try again tomorrow.
