Site Down for Maintennance

5 minutes before online booking at 7 mos window opens up, and site is giving error "Site Down for Maintennance" when you navigate to Book Disney Vacation Club Resorts. It's been down at least 12 hours, so not a good sign. I wonder if this may be related to Persistent "Sorry, this Resort offer is no longer available" error" that was occurring last week.

The weird thing is the site appears like it usually does when it's up (the menus change and are non functional links when the site is down). Also you can see your reservations and waitlists on My Dashboard and see you points under Vacation Points which normally aren't available when the site is down. So, it may be the site is actually not in maintenance and someone literally fell asleep and forgot to flip the bit (usually a dummy file which is moved into the root of the website) to indicate the site is out of maintenance.

I was right in the middle of making a reservation last night when it went down for maintenance.
