Sit and stand

We are going to Disney in Sept. I have a 2 year old and a 6 year old. i was thinkng of bringing our joovy sit and stand with us but i wasn't sure how these work work on the buses and any other transporation. Anyone have any experience with this.

Last October we used the Joovy UltraLight Sit and Stand. Our boys were 5 1/2 and 3. It was good, especially for the older child. It was hard for the 3 year old to get comfortable and take a nap since the seat doesn't fully recline, but that only happened one day when he was tired. It had a lot of space underneath and the sun shade was really good for both of them. It could be difficult to get both boys off the stroller and have it folded for the bus. My husband sat up front with the stroller while the rest of us were in the back. We would use it again this year, however, we will be traveling with a 3 1/2 month old so this stroller won't work for him. We are planning to rent a double stroller - where both seats recline fully - from Orlando Stroller Rental for our now 4 year old and baby while our oldest walks.

Had great luck with mine in Dec. No problems with the boats, monorail, or bus.
Have a great time in Sept-one of our fav times to go!

Piece of cake. We used ours last year. You do have to collapse it for the bus, but we were able to wheel it right on to the monorail. We are planning to take it again this year (dd6, ds2.5).

Thanks for everyones input. You just saved me money. We wer going to buy a compact stroller for our 2 year old. Now we are going to bring our sit and stand and all I need to buy is the cup holder accessory.

I took our Joovy Caboose on our trip in 2007, my kids were 2 & 6. It worked great, the only drawback was my model doesn't roll when it is broken down -- the wheels lock so we had to pick it up to carry it but not that big of deal.
