right. Not once.It bugs me so much that Kody would only say I apologize and not say I am sorry. It sounded like he really didn't mean it.
I just watched the episode where Christine had a small party for Janelle. My gosh does Janelle’s sister look like her. And Christine’s sister resembles her, but sounds just like her.
I haven’t watched last nights episode but the more I think about how Meri is treated I truly believe she got the short end of the stick financially within the family because she only has one child. They never saw her as a complete equal due to that.
it's been allot of years since I read the book they all co-wrote but if I recall correctly they said there (and on the show) that all the wives got identical 'allowances' to cover their 'household's' needs (not mortgages but food, clothing, other monthly misc expenses). I remember thinking that Meri ended up pretty well off in that scenario with just the one kid.
I feel I heard once they got to Vegas she paid a lot of her expenses on her own. Including Leon’s college. Also the way they titled the Coyote Pass property with Meri barely on any of it was so shady.
Those kids were all in a terrible position with college. There's no way Kody Brown was completing a FAFSA. Most schools require one even to receive merit scholarship money.if I remember correctly one of the sticking points with leon's college was that the college selected was VERY expensive-about 6x per year what the sibs were being charged at UNLV (and then on to another spendy school for a grad degree). it's always been confusing on the college stuff with the kids-at one point it was said that each individual mom was expected to cover it out of their 'allowance', other times the adults had 'family meetings' to discuss the costs and yet other times when the young men discussed their choices of entering the military as a means to pay for college.

Unmarried parents don't have to be considered for income purposes on FAFSA? He's still their parent.Since there are no legal marriages each mom could fill out FAFSA without his information. They are technically single mothers and file their taxes alone.
I was sad for Meri when she said Kody and Janelle got married on her birthday. They couldn't have picked a different day? Seems doomed from day 1.

For the FAFSA -- if a parents are not married, the parent that pays over 50% for the child is the one that is listed on the FAFSA.Unmarried parents don't have to be considered for income purposes on FAFSA? He's still their parent.
DH had to fill out a FAFSA (or maybe it was a form unique to the school) for the his daughter by his first wife. I remember the school even called him. Come to think of it, it was most likely just her school's form. I had a son by my first husband, and I didn't include him on the FAFSA.For the FAFSA -- if a parents are not married, the parent that pays over 50% for the child is the one that is listed on the FAFSA.
