I just set it up to record
Meri may be available - JK.i haven't seen any commercials for it but just found out 'seeking sister wife' is returning with new episodes next week.
Aspyn Brown is married to the brother of one of the Seeking Wives families.
I started to get Covid PTSD (really) watching their fear,
and remembering being just like that at the beginning.
I haven't changed much, as I have severe underlying health conditions,
but I started recalling all of the confusion & disbelief.

Kody says he only sees Meri "once in a blue moon" and "we quit dating."

Christine seemed genuinely surprised that her teen daughters weren't interested in pulling up stakes AGAIN to move back to Utah. I like Christine, but I wanted to smack her. These people pretend to be so family centered but really don't care about what they're doing to these kids.
Once a wife is sealed to her husband then they kind of become their own “eternal family” unit. So my grandparents were sealed to my mom and her siblings. A brother who passed at birth will be sealed to my grandparents forever because he never went on to marry or have his own family. However, my mom is sealed to my stepfather and her siblings sealed to their spouses and their kids then sealed to their spouses etc. To the best of my recollection they don’t become one ginormous sealed family but do get the benefit of having that family for eternity provided they all make it to the third tier of the celestial kingdom. Kind of like an ongoing family reunion type of thing. Now where it’s tricky is that I was never sealed to my husband because well, I’m a non believer so technically I’m still sealed to my mom and stepdad. I don’t have to worry about that though since I was excommunicated and would never make it to any tier. Since I don’t believe any of it I don’t worry about it but earnest believers do. As mentioned above women really do not stand any chance of ever having it dissolved so they worry about what happens to their kids or even making to the celestial kingdom at all. In my opinion Meri will never leave the marriage because of this.I'm confused. What supposedly happens to these "children" when as adults, they get married themselves? Aren't they then sealed to whomever they marry and then with them (and maybe their own children) for eternity? I'm not getting the afterlife-construct at all. Do people exist on more than one planet/plane-of-consciousness at a time?

I also felt a sense of PTSD. Wanting to rescue my kid and bring her home. Terrified of being near my DH because he’s essential. It was really hard to watch.I started to get Covid PTSD (really) watching their fear,

By all accounts Kody was moving them all over the place long before the show. They lost hundreds of thousands of dollars on the Vegas houses and are up to their eyeballs in debt with the purchase of the land and homes in AZ. Meanwhile their pay for the show has gone way down over the years. Who knows what the true motivation for moving is but money from the show ain’t it. Had they kept the homes here in Vegas and hung tight they’d be sitting pretty financially right about now.I don’t watch the show (I refuse to do anything that keeps it on the air longer) but I think all the moving and drama is made up to keep the show on the air and money coming in. If the show gets canceled, the money train stops and then they will have to downsize their life and *gasp* find other jobs. I think all of the adults started off ok with playing stupid/jealous/crazy to get the money, but for a couple of them the shine has worn off.
So Meri’s mom died couple days ago.
