Sirius Radio question

I have heard on different sites, and by different statements that it is possible that Sirius Radio has coverage that can reach to most parts of Mexico, including where I live Mexico City. I was wondering if anybody can actually verify that (not that I heard this, but that it is actually true )
I would love to subscribe to Sirius, but only if I could actually use the radio once I paid for the subscription.

The person used it in Cancun, which I know isn't near Mexico City. However, you can also see the footprint of the satellites.
