Sippy Cup DISigns

I finally found some of the Playtex CreateMyOwn Sippy Cups and now I can't find the thread or the DISigner(s) who made those awesome DISigns to go in them!

I need two DISigns if anyone gets a chance or if anyone knows a link to where I can find them. TIA you all are the best!!!!!!
