Have you been watching "Cheerleader U" on Discover or one of those channels? It's about becoming uh, don't kill me.. A UK cheerleader... It's actually pretty good..

I have been watching those!! It's pretty funny, because I used to work cheerleading camps in the summer with Jomo, the guy that's the coach. I think the show is really pretty good. . .especially the "post the cut list and move quickly out the door"--that's what I do, too!!

You should have seen me in college when trying out for the flag corp team every year.. Panic city.. Made it all 4 years w/o issue... actually was in the top 3 every year I tried out! Woo hoo!!!

that just brough back some old memories. The summer before 10th grade I decided to try out for the flag corp with my best friend (she was a year ahead of me and already on the squad). I practiced all of August and didn't make the cut. Then the band leader found out I played an instrument.... he was kinda pissed but had me audition in his office quick and I was in.

We marched in Disney World that spring. My second visit. Epcot was brand new.

Well, yes actually I am!!! DD plays too and even Dh said she was better than Squidward when DS6 came in screaming "Squidward is here! Squidward is here!"

Anyway, Squidward? Is that from SpongeBob? My kids don't watch that one. We're pretty much all Disney Channel (Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, House of Mouse - stuff like that) and PBS (Arthur, Clifford).

Yup, SpongeBob. We do Disney, Nick, DiscoveryKids, and PBS here. WOW, we watch way too much TV.

We do alot of Disney..but I watch a little boy who thinks Spongebob is all that and a bag of chips! That is when I get a good hour on the DIS when that show is on.. it puts me to sleep.

My kids also really enjoyed..and I highly recommend Planet Earth and mini-series on Discovery channel. WE also watched every behind the scene DISNEY thing they had on tv yesterday! Needless to say, all the I wants are going down on paper today!!! I told the kids my tip of the list request was PICTURES w/o fits!

hey no fair....i did not know that was on yesterday....phooey. (i think that's mickster's word and i've stolen it) we were out doing "bunny" shopping. it's like christmas around here. gifts and the whole nine yards.....

Bunny shopping..that is happening on Friday... the only time DH will be home and no plans so he can watch the kids!!! New outfit and baskets all around.. I really do need to get on working on the "treasure egg" cards.. The bunny leaves a card shaped like eggs and the kids have to find the clue..attached to another egg clue...(three in total) and they have to find their baskets!
Even the 16 yo still likes it.. He thinks this year his basket will be in a new car! LOL Boy, will he be sad to find out that isn't the case!

Off to put that on the list.. that'll be a riot!!! Run, don't walk... your surprise is in the drive.. I can even park that bad boy right behind my van! Maybe I'll also put a reserved parking sign in front of it!
