sinus headache

Just a little whine. I have a bad headache on a day I've already taken DD#2 to the orthodontist and piano, and am about to head out to soccer practice--luckily both DS and DD#2 practice at the same time at opposite ends of the same field.
DD#1 is at an away game; she may be calling for a ride home. All I want to do is GO TO BED. I hope the benedryl sinus headache meds. kick in pretty soon.

Been there...my fall/winter allergies consist of sinus headaches and plugged ears

I've been using Alavert-D or Advil Sinus

Have you tried taking a hot shower too? That sometimes will help mine when the benadryl doesn't seem to be kicking in fast enough.

Robin, I know what you're going through . I've had a sinus infection since Friday and NOTHING is working. I actually have been home sick for the last two days. Try lying down and put a nice cold wet cloth over your eyes and relax. And don't forget your liquids...I know it's hard to get much down with a sinus headache, but it'll help.
