Singles/Solos/Adults Food&Wine 2014 Roll Call!

DH and I will be at CBR 10/10-10/14. We're doing the Party for the Senses on Sat, and the marketplaces on Mon.

We were going to do US and HHN on Sun but I can't believe how expensive it is! We might switch to Discovery Cove.

Going to WDW 9/20-27 at CBR. Taking two Disney "newbies" with me! Now to convince them to go to MNSSHP. The fun that is F+W needs no explanation :rolleyes1

I should be able to update things this weekend. I only have a few minutes to post, but wanted to mention that the F&W details are out! I'm probably going to take a 1/2 day from work just to make sure I can take part in the reservation battle next week. Some of the more popular events are known to sell out in minutes!

Changed my reservation from AS sports to Pop. Headed down for FW marathon weekend.

Don't know if you ever posted your specific dates ... but post'em and I'll get you added to the list :goodvibes

DH & I will be there Sept 30-Oct 7 staying @ AS Movies and are up for meeting new people.
Can't wait!

Ready or not here I come.

Sept 29 - Oct 3rd at Pop Century

I just booked my first solo trip!

I'll be at ASMo from 9/26 to 9/29. I'm planning on definitely doing MNSSHP on 9/26 and probably on 9/28 as well.

Went through the mess of F&W opening reservations this morning. PFTS reserved seating for 10/25 sold out in under 10 minutes :headache: That was the top event I was trying for. I guess everyone else was also.

I was able to book:

- Parisian Breakfast 10/25
- Shake/Indulge Like the French Grand Marnier 10/25
- Mixology Seminar 10/24

May book some other $15 daily seminars before October, but I don't think any of the others I'm looking at are in danger of selling out too early.

Well. I will be joining you for Parisian Breakfast. Like you, I might book something else that weekend. I will now be down 10/24-10/26

Very cool! The Brocktoon RV should also be parked right near Pioneer Hall at Ft Wilderness (preferred camping site) and I'm planning on bringing a couple cases of craft brew for down time / relaxing. If anyone is around the Bay Lake resort area and happens to catch me, feel free to drop by. It's still a long while off, but I'll try and post our site # once I arrive.

If anyone is down I HIGHLY recommend hanging with his parents. They are HILARIOUS.

So we've all said when we're going... how about actually planning meet ups now? :cheer2:

I'd like to get a group of us together to go to Jellyrolls on evening of Wed., Oct. 22. Is anyone up for the Campfire Singalong at Ft. Wilderness on evening of Tues., Oct. 28? Also if anyone would like a less hectic Halloween night, how about meeting for the Yehaa Bob show on evening of Fri., Oct. 31?

For the sing-along on 10/28 you'll be on my home turf at the Fort, but I've got dinner with my parents at the Biergarten ~ 6:15 PM. I MAY make it back to the RV by the time the sing-along is wrapping up. It really depends on dinner timing and transportation from Epcot back to the Fort. Depending on timing, I may be around near Pioneer Hall if folks want to check out Halloween decorations, as some of campsites can get some insane setups.

Leaning towards possibly doing the Marceline to Magic Kingdom tour on either 10/24 or 10/29

Also thinking about either Jellyrolls on 10/25, or for on-site folks, the MK looks to be open til midnight with EMH.

I think a lot of my schedule is still up in the air, but I'm now sort of constrained by scheduling around some ADRs and F&W events.

On 10/28, after the singalong (skipping the movie), I would like to check out the Halloween decorations at Fort Wilderness for a while. I'll need to leave in time to catch my 9PM ADR at Artist Point.

I'm doing the Marceline to Magic Kingdom tour on 10/27.

Quick update about ideas that are floating around, "They" are going to test out having more Slush Specialty Cocktails at the kiosks, like the ones at the France Pavilion

I can't wait to see the band "Fuel" for the eat to the beat series

Oh oh oh, speaking of France Pavilion, my favorite thing after work is to walk over and get a Baguette in the bakery in the back, just past the ice cream shop and the the gift store.... yum yum

You get Sea Salt butter with your Baguette price = $2.95, it is almost two foot long for the full size , yum yum, spread some butter on this fresh bread and it is like a bread popsicle

I will be available at MNSSHP on Sept 28, DTD during the afternoon on Sept 30, and Epcot for F&W on Oct 1st. Anyone else??

I am doing the Marceline to Magic Tour on 10/24 8am. It's been on my bucket list for awhile. Hope I don't party too hard at MNSSHP the night before! :)
