Single statement sheet of MF's breakdown

We haven't gotten a single sheet that has a breakdown of each add on contract with how the amount of MF's for that contract is broken down. This is something we have gotten in the past. So far we just got a sheet with the totals due. The "breakdown" is not found on the web site, is it? I am talking about specifically how much is for the property taxes.

Have others gotten this statement?

The breakdown for property taxes is included on the statement. It shows the estimated taxes for 2009 and also includes the actual amount for 2008.

We just got all four of ours yesterday, so it seems they were a little later getting them out this year.

DH thought it should have come with what we have gotten. He checked and double checked that envelope. He'll call member accounting when it opens.

The detailed 2009 budget was mailed out in November but that showed only 2009 estimated taxes. As Doc said, you should have received the actual bill with the 2008 final property taxes & 2009 estimated in the past week.

What we got was an envelope to send the funds back...no bill. When DH called the MS person wondered how we could just have gotten the envelope well, we don't know either. However, a new bill should be sent out to us.

MS sent the statement to us again in a very timely fashion!
