I know MiB still has one. I've heard other rides still have them, even with Universal Express.

The rides that have single rider lines are:

IOA: Spider-Man, Hulk, Fearfall
USF: ET, MiB

Does the single rider line save much time? Is it kind of like Test Track at WDW?

A single rider line can be a few minutes wait. Once in August, I took the single riders line for the Hulk. It was around noon. The regular wait was 45 minutes. In that time, I rode the Hulk 7 times. Another time, I walked right onto MiB in the single rider line, while the regular wait ran 20-30 minutes. The single rider lines are pretty quick-loading, except for Spider-Man. That wait is generally half the regular wait. Other single rider lines are about a 5-10 minute wait.

The single rider line is like the one at Test Track. You enter a special queue and you fill up single empty seats as they become available. You may not be able to sit with your entire party, although it sometimes happens. If it does, it is your lucky day. Buy a lottery ticket too.
