Can someone tell me which rides have single rider lines? Thanks

Test track, RNR roller coaster and the yetti roller coaster in AK, it's actual name is escaping me at the moment.

Only 3 attractions have Single-rider lines in all of WDW.

Test Track-Epcot
Expedition Everest-DAK
Rock'nRollerCoaster-DHS

These lines might not be available at all times that the attraction is operating.

The Rock n Rollercoaster line for single riders is often slower than the FP line. Heck, I've been in it in the morning and had the regular line move faster.

Everest and Test Track are better.

Yep! I've had the same experience at RNR. I always use the single rider line at Expedition Everest, and almost always walk right on.

I don't understand how a family of 6 has the guts to walk on the single riders line. I think its great when you have a small child who cant go on the ride, then the parents can go on individually, but 6 at a time in the same family? They should be ashamed of themselves... Just my opinion!

I don't understand the problem. They can, and probably will, be split up--that's the caveat. Who cares how big the group is?

I don't understand.

Any number can ENTER the SRL.

It's just that they can't expect to RIDE TOGETHER on the attraction.

The "Single Rider" refers not to the number of guests standing together in the line, but to how those guests in that line will be SEATED once they reach the boarding area.

Basically, it will be one SRL guest boarded per vehicle (or row in a vehicle) when there is a single seat available.

Well even though it is 6, they are not gauranteed to ride together or even on the same coaster/car. That is their decission. I assume that everyone is there with someone most of the time whether it is 2 or 6. I do it with my son AFTER we have gone through the regular line first to ride together. JMO.

I don't understand why that is a problem? The purpose of the single rider line is to fill single seats that would have otherwise gone empty. Who cares who that is?

If each member of the family is fine riding alone (as a single) and they truly don't expect to sit together then there is no reason why they can't or shouldn't use the single rider line.

In fact a family of 6 using the single rider line impacts the standby line less by using up the single seats! We always use the single rider line at EE - no shame at all.

If they don't want to ride together, then they can use the single rider line just like anyone else. My husband and son were going to go through the single rider line at Test Track because it was five minutes vs. 50 minutes stand-by and I was sick with food poisoning and ready to leave! We did find out that there is a minimum age (the cast member said 8 or 9, although he wasn't specific) and they wouldn't let my son in the single rider line (he's four). We used the one at Everest several times vs. the child swap because it was much faster.

On test track the both lines merge before you go into the "holding room", so that family of 6 will be able to sit together becaue by the time they get to the line to go in the cars, none of the castmembers know what line you were really on. So i just waited 45 minutes on a line with my family, while the other family walked right in, just not fair, im sorry....

I think I get what you are saying, the family with small child enters the line and expects to get to ride together b/c small child. I've seen it happen alot, it clogs up single rider line and usually ends in arguement w/ the CM loading the lines. Sometimes the offenders get to stay together, sometimes they are turned away, sometimes they just ignore the CM and take Jr w/ them into thier rider stall and then mess up the loading w/ one too many people in that stall (have seen this alot at Test Track and a few times at RnR). This last trip we saw a CM let a 8 person family in SR line into the FP line at RnR at the pre show area and told them that next time they would be split up, nice magic for them, not so much for the honest people who were waiting standby 50+ minutes.

Test Track single rider uses a completely seperate room (w/ the pre show tape playing constantly and they leave the doors open you don't have to watch) and they are sent down a different section of the cue. This used to not be the case but this issue has been fixed in the past few years.

This past weekend there was 3 of us on the single rider line at Test Track and after the holder room we were still in single rider file. They called us as needed. on EE the SRL is right after you exit so we went back 4 times in a row and were lucky that we were on the same train.

Actually no, there are three holding rooms at TT and one is used only for single riders. The CM's load all the single riders into room #1, in fact the doors are kept open so the single rider can walk right through or watch the breifing. When the single rider exits the room there in a completely different queue than standby/fp riders and they load on opposite sides.

In my personal experience there is no way to sit together via the single rider lines at any of the three attractions that offer it.

That's not how it worked when I was in the single riders line at TT on Oct 2 and 4. When I got up to the "holding rooms" I was sent thru the first room, which was not being used. That led to the end of the line where they where they were loading the cars. The first time I tried it, as soon as I got to the loading area, the whole ride was shut down and the building was emptied. The second time I was about the 8th single rider and was placed in a car within 3 minutes.

I don't see a problem with it. If you are in the regular line, it's slower, but you can ride together. Single rider line, you get through faster, but you have to be split up. It's just a trade off.

So NOT true. The single rider line NEVER merges. They go into the 3rd briefing room and don't even sit through the briefing. Before your criticize you should know the facts. We were just there last week Monday and Friday.

I believe that you may have observed the Fastpass riders merging with the Standby riders. A family of 6 is, indeed, allowed to remain together when using Fastpasses. Single Riders remain in a separate line all the way up to loading the cars.
