Single Rider Line

The single rider lines are great and allow me to save a lot of time, especially on rides like Everest when no one else in my family wants to get multiple rides in.

And I'm glad that Disney starts the single rider lines at the beginning of the line, at one park near me 1 coaster has a single rider line yet it isn't until close to the end of the line so you end up waiting a while just to get to the point where you can leave the main line and get to the single rider line. It still saves time but not as much time compared to the lines at Disney.

I don't understand how a family of 6 has the guts to walk on the single riders line. I think its great when you have a small child who cant go on the ride, then the parents can go on individually, but 6 at a time in the same family? They should be ashamed of themselves... Just my opinion!

Why??? Two or three of us in my family get in the single rider line. We don't care if we sit together or not. There's no shame in sitting alone. You are waiting because you want to sit next to your friend. I don't care who I sit next to.

The ride often loads faster if there are plenty of people to jump in the single seats than when they start to juggle people around to make sure all the seats are full..."OH we have two seats in row 2 but the first four groups in the regular line are 3 people each, so they won't take them, can the group that is number 7 in line walk past them to come sit in these two empty seats?" That takes a lot of extra time and makes the wait longer.

We went through the TT single rider line last week and a man tried to say that he and his child were "together" when the CM tried to split them up. The CM held his ground about it being a "single" rider line and finally the dad agreed to be split up.

Why? :confused3

I'll tell you right now, my son and I *never* ride the regular line, ever. And when we're with my husband, or my ex-husband, or my older son - we still don't ride it. And when I go with my g/f and her 2 boys, we don't ride it either.

Single rider... always. I'm not chit chatting, while I'm riding. Why not? :thumbsup2

In my personal experience there is no way to sit together via the single rider lines at any of the three attractions that offer it.

Ummm..... ;) *pssst...we're in the back*

Also....we got oddly lucky on RnRC, and rode together. :yay:

.

Can someone tell me where the Single Lines are for each ride?

For TT and RnR, the SR queue starts right next to the other queues. For EE, I believe its entrance is separated from the others and off to the right a bit, IIRC.

Yeah I always ride Test Track as Single Rider and the holding room has always been separate and exits into a separate line

How about the same car? We were single rider in test track which seats three across. I was needed for the front row, DS was needed for the backrow. I still heard him yelling.
