Single Rider Line opening time?

I wanted to check in on the summer operating hours for single rider lines.
The last trip (April 2015) I seem to remember single rider opening on EE at 10 am ish.
Wondering if anyone has any current info on when the lines open at EE, RR and TT.
Is the time dependent on crowds and standby lines? Or is it same every day no matter what. With only 2 of us on this trip we are thinking single rider would be a good strategy.

There is no "standard" time.
It can depend on the crowd-level and the CMs running the attractions that day.

During my trip in may the single rider line for Test Track opened very early. So early that I was in the front seat of one car, all alone. And the person behind me got a car all to themselves. The line at Everest opened as soon as the stand by line started to back up a bit.

Thanks maxiesmom. We are hoping to ride test track single rider around 9:30 am. Fingers crossed that my summer EMH hit'em early and get out plan works.
