When are you going to be down there in December?

I'm doing the land and sea cruise, so I'll be at the Poly from December 3-7, then will be on board from December 7-10. Five long months left to wati!!!

The Poly is one of the places that I want to stay at again. I stayed there during my first trip in April 1972. I haven't stayed there since. I think it is one of the more romantic places to stay at WDW.

I am beginning to think that I should go down in December instead of Thanksgiving.

Could you mean the first week of December?

That could be a possibility. After Thanksgiving, the time that I most frequently go to WDW is during the first part of December. I love the decorations, the shows, and the minimal crowds. I'll keep you posted on my progress.

You're right! Early December means the beauty of the decorations but reasonable crowd levels. Win/Win. Sandy, too bad you're not doing that land portion of your trip *after* the cruise!

I love early December. We were there the first week of Dec. in 2004 - beautiful weather and decorations. And the crowds were very manageable. Yes, I hear that there are going to be quite a bit of singles there that time. Oh well, not going to work out this time. Enjoyed talking to everyone during chat last night.
