When are you going to be down there in December?

I'm doing the land and sea cruise, so I'll be at the Poly from December 3-7, then will be on board from December 7-10. Five long months left to wati!!! :goodvibes

The Poly is one of the places that I want to stay at again. I stayed there during my first trip in April 1972. I haven't stayed there since. I think it is one of the more romantic places to stay at WDW.

I am beginning to think that I should go down in December instead of Thanksgiving.

Could you mean the first week of December? ;) ;)

That could be a possibility. After Thanksgiving, the time that I most frequently go to WDW is during the first part of December. I love the decorations, the shows, and the minimal crowds. I'll keep you posted on my progress. :wizard:

You're right! Early December means the beauty of the decorations but reasonable crowd levels. Win/Win. Sandy, too bad you're not doing that land portion of your trip *after* the cruise!

I love early December. We were there the first week of Dec. in 2004 - beautiful weather and decorations. And the crowds were very manageable. Yes, I hear that there are going to be quite a bit of singles there that time. Oh well, not going to work out this time. Enjoyed talking to everyone during chat last night.

Still no word yet on a December trip, but I am now planning on being at SSR, October 19-23. I can't wait. :cool1:
