Can you get single day tickets at a discounted price?
Is there a way to get them before going to Orlando?

I do not believe you can get a discount on single day tickets before or at Orlando. Only way to save is if you want to take a time share tour once you get to Kissimmee/Orlando then tickets are next to or free. If you need information about taking tours email me. I take them all the time.

AAA sells them but that may only be in Florida branches. I just bought one there last week. No discount though.

Don't they sell them at those booths? They give them away as payment for some performers, so I would think that some of these people would sell them to the booths. Someone I work with sings there now and then with a group. Some kid in her group sold her 4 tickets for $30! That's $200+ worth of tickets! They are not hoppers, though.

One day tickets are not sold at TDS. They are only sold at the parks, resorts, and Guest Relations.

Is your trip only 2 or 3 days? You can still get a discount. If you don't plan to "hop" from park to park on the same day, and if you have no plans to visit the water parks, Pleasure Island or Disney Quest, the one-day/one-park passes are your best deal.

This deal is only available at the theme park ticket windows. Buy your first day's ticket at the regular price. Either at the same time, or before the end of the day, show the one-day pass at the ticket window and buy your second day's ticket for $5 off. If you need a third day, you get a $10 discount ($5 per day). Total savings over buying three separate days' admission is $10.65 per adult when you add in the tax savings.

With these one-day/one-park passes you can only go to one park per day -- you can't "hop" from park to park on a given day. Also, the second day expires 4 days after purchase, and the third day expires 6 days after purchase. Still, it's around $25 per adult cheaper than the 2 or 3 day Ultimate Park Hopper passes, and you don't have to stay at a Disney resort to qualify for the one-day/one-park passes.

That's the description of the 2 day/2 park and 3 day/3 park tickets. It's correct except for where the tickets are sold.

They can be purchased in advance by asking for the 2 day/2 park ticket or the 3 day/3 park ticket at any theme park ticket window, any Guest Relations location, any Guest Services location and at any Disney resort front desk.

If you are upgrading a 1 day/1 park ticket on the same day, then it must be done at a theme park ticket window or a Guest Relations location.
