Single day solo trip itinerary

I am planning a solo day this Monday. My goals are to ride the things I never get to do with my littles and have some delicious snacks. What are you thoughts on below:

Rope drop AK - FOP, safari, Everest
Drive and park at TTC, walk through poly and GF to MK, boat to Wilderness lodge
Lunch at Geyser Point, then boat back to MK
MK - mountains and spring rolls
Drive to Epcot - F&G and treat in Germany

As long as you understand that walking from TTC to MK and boating to WL will take quite a bit of time, it looks good!

Are you driving to AK? If so, you will not be there at RD. From reports, cars are held back until near opening time while buses drop off resort guests early and they get in before official RD.
Assuming you already have a park pass for AK and either an AP or park hopper ticket?
Are you walking to GF from Poly? The monorail still does not stop at Poly.
You also know that park hopping doesn't start until 2 pm? I'm guessing you did as you're headed back to MK after lunch.

Looks like a fun trip, but a lot of time spent with transportation.

FoP and KS could eat a lot of time.
And boating to and from WL will also eat up a ton of time.

Attempting the mountains at MK in the last two hours of the day would probably work, seems like the lines are shorter then.

Yes, , my plan is to take my time on the walk, Im bringing a book and will stop here and there for a beverage and enjoy my time of not hearing "mommy" every three seconds since COVID started
