Singer Bobby Brown Is Arrested!!!!!

Hey DISer's I just thought I would share this....I live in this really little tinee, tiny, town in Central Mass. I mean we are really little and YES, singer Bobby Brown who is married to Whitney Houston was arrested in our town on Friday in our high school.
He was attending a cheerleading competition for his daughter (from a previous marriage) and our police saw him in the gym and knew there was a warrant out for him.
They arrested him "very quietly" and read him his rights and booked him and released him as he met bond. Sad for his daughter but the warrant was outstanding from 1992. UGH. I guess this was all done very quietly so as not to disturb the students performing in the competiton. He must appear in court later on to face the outstanding violations lodged against him. He was allowed to go right back to the competition and watch his daughter perform.
Bobby Brown is from Boston originially.

I saw him perform in the mid-80's in a high school in CT with New Edition. (Before their record deal). It is sad to see how wealth and success affects some folks.
With that said, I'd like to see how it affects me someday!

I guess he had to be in the area where the warrant is lodged against him to arrest him. I do not think he gets here to Central Mass all that much.
The violation is for driving w/o a license and driving an uninsured vehicle.

Yes, this is so sad for his daughter. Thankfully, our police were incredibly professional about the entire situation and did not want to upset the daughter but at the same time the law is the law and Mr. Brown had violations that needed addressing.
