Singapore Cruise call centre a disgrace

Anyone else has found that the call centre standard to book the Singapore Cruise is seriously lacking? I have been trying for two days to book on the Adventure and I have been placed on hold multiple times with line dropping, having staff not knowing how to apply a placeholder, not knowing the benefits of a placeholder etc.

I'm yet to book anything as they keep putting me in hold and hanging up! What's going on?

Zero Disney magical I'm getting concerned on the whole Singapore Cruise things now!

Updated to say that they have used my placeholder to book a cruise I didn't agreed on!!!!!

Is it a different call center? I assumed the Adventure is booked through the usual DCL number, which is very busy with the CC early booking this week.

Yes it's different I think they answer from Malaysia or India Total shambles.

I still haven't been able to book anything and spent hours on the phone.

I'm seeing the same phone number listed for the Adventure as the rest of the ships. There are specific numbers for DVC and ABD members, but otherwise I'm not seeing any specific number for the Adventure cruises.

I did find these numbers on the DCL website. Presumably you are in the UK or Europe, so maybe try one of those:

Yes I'm in Australia 1800718515 this is the number we get it specifically gives you the Singapore Cruise line. I will try the other numbers and see if it works.

Just call the 1-800 US number, that’s what I always do.
