Since the Dec waitlist looks bleak...

I just booked a 2BR for Jan 15-19 Sat thru Mon which encompasses MLK holiday. Points were great but now I'm having second thoughts. DH says he thinks it will be too crowded. But we've never been before at that time.

Anybody go this past MLK holdiay? If we stay away from MK on the holiday itself are the other parks manageable? If we're only there for 5 days I don't want to spend hours navigating the parks.

We have been at OKW several times during the MLK holiday, and only MK was crowded. Don't worry about it.

I've only been to WDW once over MLK weekend, but my experience was the same as Diane's. Only MK was crowded, and that was on Sat. maybe because it was the only day they were having Spectro. Have a great time!

We went over MLK holiday Jan. 2003. Crowds were very manageable except for Sat at MK. It was very cold though!
