Since rainy days are upon us...

I thought we could make a thread about things to do to keep kids busy inside.


One of our favourite things to do is with those "pom poms" ( the ones made of string) we buy them in a big bag from the craft store.


We use them for all sorts of crafts but our favourite thing is to have a snowball fight with them! The kids love this!! Nobody gets hurts because there is nothing to them and the clean up is fairly easy.

So what are your favourite family friendly rainy day indoor activities?

When it's rained for a few days straight and the kids have completely destroyed the inside we go OUTSIDE! It's fun to just let them get wet. I give them each a sand pail and they try to fill it up with rain! They are still little enough that splashing in puddles is great fun, too. And it's a great stress reliever after being cooped up inside the house.
