WATP is Walk Away The Pounds. They are videos of a walking program that you can do indoors. I love them! I have the set--1, 2, and 3 mile that you can do in front of your TV.
If you are interested, the videos are by Leslie Sansone. They are available on QVC I know, and are a nice low impact program. The tapes come in varous lengths depending on your time commitment for the day.
