Sims2 Players: Baby Problems?

Lot's of new build mode stuff- floors, walls, fences, doors and windows. Very easy to install, you keep the university cd in your CD/DVD drive.
If you have a teen you that you are planning to send to college build up their skills before you go, it makes it easier to have fun at college.

Oh yeah, the money cheats work at college too. I am planning to build an awesome house and start a Sorority. LOL

:) Great! Thanks SOOOO much for the info! I appreciate your replies! Think I'll pick this up this weekend! :)

I played University last night and I really like it. The new interactions are a riot. My sims were having water balloon and pillow fights in the street!

My favorite is when they "bust a move" . It just tickles me when you have them "freestyle" for tips and they are low on the creative skill points. The reactions of the other sims is so funny.

can I ask one more quick question?

When you upgrade with the University pack - it doesn't delete all your current Sims, does it?

Thanks!

University is not realeased here in Australia yet. We are aware of it tho, but I don't know just when it is to be released over here.

As for the twins............I've had one set of twins.....both girls & I've had a mixture of boy & girl babies. When I've adopted it's only been boys tho. Seems to follow a pattern with the babies tho..........I get two or three the same sex then I get one of the opposite.

I've created a few families & built homes for them.......gets boring playing the same family all the time, so I have about 3 or 4 that I play.

Ok, a little help please from you pros out there. Remember I am a new player, so please be patient. But last night as I was playing, the repo man came and took my stove because I had not paid my bills. I kept checking the mail box and would get the"no actions available" message or whatever it says. I say one of my sims homework just laying on the floor by the PC and happened upon it that way, so I thought maybe the bills woulf be laying around somewhere. Nope. No actions available at the mailbox either......

Also, if I have a character that has want, say like have 3 loves at once, then I save that game and play a different SIM and interact with previous character, will that count towards the want of the original character? (clear as mud?)LOL

On your mailbox question - if you want to be a daredevil, there is a cheat so that you never have to pay bills again. I can give it to you if you want. But the fact that there are "no actions available" IS odd...could be a bug in your game. Some of my sims like to get the mail then drop it outside.

on your second question...not entirely sure...but it's a good idea to explore. I don't think so though...I think you can only increase the "relationships" with your current active sim (the one you are controlling - or the family that you are working with.) I'd have to double check though.

DH bought me the University expansion pack last night...hopefully I'll get it loaded up tonight! can't wait to play it!

Another Sims2 question, How do you get an adult child to move out? I had her go on the computer to find a place and then it asks who she wants to move with. I want all the other members to stay in the current house? Can they just move by themselves?

stinkerbelle, I would love the cheat.
ANother question, please? I bought a pinball machine, and whenever I tell them to play it, I get the thought bubble above their head, and it looks like a tan piece of paper or something in it. I cant quite make it out. I noticed that the gardener had it over her head once also, and I got it on a new SIM I made in a hourse I moced into. I told the SIM to work out, and she got the same thing above her head. Many thanks,

if the "brown piece of paper" has little question marks on it it means that there is a wall or something blocking their access to the object, try moving things around. :flower: the gardener will have a problem if there are porches on the house because it's got an extra piece of potential building area above where the flowers or bushes are in that case.

Another question, I had my adult child come home from work and she looked like she had bubbles or sometihing swirling all around her. Any ideas what this was?

no problem. i'm way too obsessed with the sims... :teeth: i can't wait to get the university update looks way cool.

i like the game/ I have always heard people talk about it, but thought they were nutz! LOL then my kids got a DS for Christmas and URBZ was one of the games they got! I have been hooked ever since!

Thanks for the link. I'm off to get the university expansion pack now.

Yes, your Sim cam move out by themselves. They will go to the family bin with only 20,000 Simeoleans to their name..................or.........you could try getting them real friendly with someone & they can then that person can propose for your sim to move in with them.

To just move your sim out, don't click on any other names, just click on the tick & it will move that person only out. The same will happen if you are asked to move in with another sim, you will get that same option........don't click on anyone, just the tick & that way just that one particular sim will move out.

Wish University was out over here...........don't know how long we have to wait for it, but I'm liking what I've read about it & are anxioulsy awaiting it's release. I love Sims2.........original was good too, I liked the pets in the original & Servo.
