so today as I was changing clothes I noticed a new outfit amongst us! and who else did I see on the shirt but Krusty himself! it seems that Universal has assigned a possible temp/permanent outfit for the Simpsons attraction! now lets break down the outfit.

It seems the shirt is a basic red striped shirt, with the stripes going from side to side, but on the back, it says in clownish looking letters "Krustyland" and Krustys ridiculous face with his signature smile looking at you. The pants are somewhat unique, as in from a distance they seem to be just regular levi jeans, but when a closer look is taken, they seem to be made of a mesh/pajama type fabric and at the bottom of the pant leg they seem to bell bottom!

I share this info cause im sure as they were walking out to their attraction some guests viewed them so it isnt exactly secret info.

Sounds great! I think I'll try to find Simpson's t-shirts for our next trip. We can be matching geeks.

I had one of the Simpsons TMs show me the wardrobe. I said "Where's Waldo, nice." It will make it very obvious to figure out who works at Krustyland. :rolleyes1

Check out all of the Universal (IOA) employee uniforms for sale on Ebay. Looks like they are selling through another so they don't get caught. The Krustyland duds sound similar to the CITH shirts.

rofl dark, that was my first reaction too he walked by in the locker room and I just kinda thought "huh? we have a waldo character in the park?" then when he passed by I saw the Krusty face and this giant OHHHHHHH came across my face.

Feel sorry for those guys cause bell bottom pants went out in the 70's and man did I hate those things :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Not even close. The CITH stripes are big. Krustyland is smaller/tighter/more Waldo.

Call me dumb. CITH?

Edit: Oh yea, Cat in the Hat! There are too many blondes here rubbing off on me!! *hides b4 he gets maimed*

You wish!! ;)

So are those bell bottoms or liberty bells? Anybody know the difference?

Krustyland is not a new concept. In Bongo's 1995 Krusty comics 1, 2, and 3 the theme is the rise and fall of Krustyland. The day before the grand opening the realized they were having problems locating toddlers to wear the Mr. Teeny monkey mascot costumes. The suits are hot, wet, stink, itch and are generally foul. They figured they could save a little and just use monkeys.
Krusty realizes that no one has purchased the $1000 entry ticket so he changes admission to free, adds a ton of salt to the popcorn and charges inflated rates for the beer. He also tries to cut corners by buying rancid, grade D, cancerous, green pork. It is a pretty funny series with the main theme being a son looking for his father's respect. It is kind of funny to see life imitate art.
