I just received a reply to an email volunteering to be in the audience for tomorrow's Al Roker live shots near The Simpsons Ride. You got to be there kind of early 5:45! If you want to volunteer you need to RSVP yourself and friends and family to Clark, Kristen (NBC Universal, Orlando) [Kristen.Clark@universalorlando.com]. She will send to info.

We're going to see if our annual pass gets us into US before 9am, but if that's too late to be in the audience member, we'll pass.

I have it set up on the DVR back at home, will be looking for ya! I think by the time we get there, the cameras will be gone! That's OK, I need my beauty sleep, and LOTS of it

Not me! There's no way I was going over there that early, but I think Motherfletcher has it taken care of! Heck we're still at the resort at almost 9:30. I'm glad I set it up on the DVR back home, the only NBC here in the resort has , "Live with Regis and Kelly" on right now, not the today show. That must be on a different local NBC than we can get here??

Well, we got over to the Simpsons ride a little after 9AM and they had it closed to the public due to the grand opening. It was rescheduled to re-open around 11AM for the general public. Al Roker was down by the water's edge and I got a couple of distance pictures of him.

I don't know if it was the same person that Laurabearz saw, but I rode on Jaws with someone carrying a sign. Afterwards, we talked briefly and he confirmed that he had attended the grand opening. He had arrived around 5AM as Motherfletcher had mentioned.

I did get to ride The Simpsons a little later. Express Pass was open, which we did, but the regular line indicated only 35 minutes.
