I cant handle how rude and mean spirited some of the "regulars" are here, and how crummy I end up feeling after being here. I'm going to stick to just trip planning in a different area and leave all this fun and friendship to the "regulars" who like to gang up on people and chase them away. Too bad to, there are some really nice folks here.

Teacups--please don't take what people say personally. Sometimes things we would never say in person come out when we're hidden behind our screen names...

and remember that statements aren't necessarily intended to sound mean or rude...it just comes out that way.

Most of us here are just regular people. We have regular lives...and this board is an escape for us. I've been around here for 7 years now, and I've seen thousands come and go. Usually when someone is mean or rude for more than a few days, they find they can no longer log-in to the boards. It all works itself out in the end.

Don't let what someone else has said hurt you. They don't know you and shouldn't have that power over you!

People here run the extremes...extremely kind and extremely mean spirited. I've never had anyone be unkind to me personally, but sometimes just reading all the turmoil that others often endure here sends me packing...sometimes for months at a time. But...I have to ask myself, "Why do I even bother to return at all"? In all the time I've been here, I haven't made one single friend. Strange how one can become "hooked" on faceless banter with people you'll likely never meet and really have nothing in common with. I don't even share the love of Disney with you all! So, guess I'm saying I understand the OP.
