I had to tell someone who would appreciate the names - we got two new 7 month old tiger kitties today - they are yellow with white feet. I'll post a picture if I learn how - their names are Simba and Raja - had to do Disney names! Any multi cat tips?

We have cats named that too! along with---

A cat named Kovu
A bunnie named Dash
A cockatiel named Lilo
Two gerbils named Chip and Flik
A Roseline Shark named Bruce

And a cat named oreo..I was 6 when I named him and didnt understand the importance of a theme:confused3

Multi-cat household here, including another Simba. I kind of keep an eye when I feed them because even though we don't feed them next to each other, they still go over to the other's dish, push the other one out of the way (or else a squabble starts), and eat the other's food. Mostly Simba does that to Tigger. But Tigger's gotten smart lately, he just goes over and eats Simba's food. Then of course when Simba's done with Tigger's food and goes back to his own, it's gone! The look on his face is priceless! Two cats are great company to each other, and so much fun to watch their interaction.

Thanks for your replies! So far, we have them eating out of one bowl, but I guess I'll have to watch that. Simba is a little more skittidh around the kids. Raja seems very comfortable. But, they still have claws so we're all being a little careful. I will call a vet tomorrow. Have a great night - I hope we get some sleep!
