Sim cards?

My daughter has a medic alert bracelet and I need a US phone number for it. I've found this sim card http://www.telestial.com/sim_bridge.php?COUNTRY_ID=US&gclid=CJTi7O-P6qYCFQsTfAoduGe46A, has anyone any experience of this company, do they work well? I do have a unlocked tri-band phone so that's not a problem.

We bought and used some AT&T sims from Ebay.

It was really easy to do
