Silver to Gold

My family and I just made Gold Status and see it reflects within the Castaway Club but it doesn’t reflect on the On-Line check in booking window. Has anyone ever had a problem with this and if so, did DCL resolve the problem? I just contacted DCL and they referred my issue to the I.T. department.

The website has been a mess for me today, so I would think it might just be a hiccup..

It happened to us. We went gold with a last minute cruise with our next one already booked and paid for. I had to call since the passing of time wasn’t solving it. Try linking your reservation again. If I remember correctly, that’s solved the issue. They had the correct info on their side but it wasn’t reflected on the website.
