Silver Plan WITHOUT package and only Room Rsv.???

Does anyone know if you can get the silver package, if you are AP holders and do room reservations only? Might be nice to add the silver plan.

Unfortunately, no you can't as the silver plan includes admission, too.

How I wish there was a good meal plan for AP holders or room only reservations!
