Okay planning last second trip for 4 day Aug 26-Aug 30. Making our way down and planning 3 days in Myrtle Beach followed by 4 days in Orlando. May only spend 1 day going to a park as we plan on meeting wife's friend who live in Sarasota. So of course I think of last second auction.

There are some Orange Lake, which I would love if I can get. There may also be Vistana Villages coming up. These I figure are the two best based on size, so we can relax there.

Question is what is available to do at Summer Bay or Silver Lake if we get them? Can you relax there for the day and keep busy?

Also how crowded are the parks this week. We always go at a really low period (April or After Thanksgiving)>

Thanks.....

We stayed at Silver Lake last year for a week and loved it....doing the same next month. But the circumstances might be different. We have three small kids and are very focussed on doing Disney every day. (Actually, this year, we are planning one full "condo day.")
We had a two-bedroom villa...very spacious. The pool is very large and very inviting. They have a game room and exercise room which we did not use. They also had a plan where for 20 bucks, you get as many video rentals as you want for your week's stay.
The cabana at poolside was nice. A "Gilligan's Island style" hut with a counter where you could order burgers/dogs/wraps...drinks, alcoholic and non....they even had a very nice breakfast buffet one morning.
Again, we loved it, but others may find it boring. You said you're going to Myrtle Beach, which makes me think you may be a golfer. We are not....and there certainly aren't any golf courses on site or anything like that.
Hope that helps!

Using Skyauction and looking for the best deal. With the size of OLCC and VV I know there are activities to keep us busy. Are there Tennis courts or actual organized activities? Do all the rooms have Jacuzzis?

Really looking to relax and see friends.

I've enclosed the website for Silver Lake which should help.

I don't recall any tennis courts, but the website says they have them. (We weren't looking for them, either!)
Not sure about the organized activities....but I do think that every room has a jacuzzi.

The website has more info. Will probably be golfed out by Orlando and there should be more then enough to do.

No one else bid please.

Thanks,
