If I book a trip package (not air) and put my deposit $$ on my Disney Visa......can I change the dates later if I need to? With no penalty?

depends upon when you check in.

at 45 days or less - there is the beginning of charges.

but disney generally does not mind when you change. Now cancelling all together - yes.
