I just recieved the cinderella dress I ordered from buy costumes. Anyway, does anyone know of a cheap easy way to make it look full. The skirt is just not full and that was one of the reasons I bought the dress.

Thanks

An easy no-sewing required solution would be to cut a piece of ribbon that can be tied around her waist. Then tie strips of tulle to the ribbon. You can buy tulle in rolls, near wedding decor at a craft store.

DD got a make your own tu-tu book for Christmas and this was one of the ways they suggested.

My dd got an Ariel dress from Target from Santa & it had a hoop underneath.

I think it was attached but it is no longer attached so I say check her other 'dresses' to see if they have a hoop.

mydressuptrunk.com has little petticoats for not too much. I'm sure you can find something online!!

I'll bet your little girl will look DARLING!!!princess:

Thanks those ideas sound great, I will checkout the online site. She seems to like dresses when they are puffy. I think she feels like a real princess then. It looked like it was full on the website and I was a little disappointed when I recieved it.

When my DD was little she liked them full too. I bought a petticoat so she could wear it under all her princess dresses. As I recall I bought it at a local store (Macy's/Filene's???) for under $10.
