Silly Question: DDP

I know this is a silly question but i have to ask this to get confirmation. My brain has severe anxiety sometimes about the silliest things. So if you are on the DDP and go to a TS restaurant, you are able to pay OOP for extra things correct? Say if I wanted to order and appetizer or extra sides? I assume you can because that is the sensible and most logical way for it to be but i just need confirmation lol thanks in advance!

Yes you can! When we went to Sanaa 2 years ago, on the DDP, we ordered the Naan and accompaniments and they brought us separate bill for that. Did not have a problem at all.

Absolutely and they hope you do, more money for them! and bigger tips for the server!! It will come on two bills for payment. I have TiW so I am able to get 20% discount on everything not on the DDP so it's the perfect kind of trip to order appetizers and buy drinks.

Definitely. DH and I almost always order alcohol drinks. We just get a bill for those drinks and the dining plan covers the food.

On a side note: When you order alcoholic beverages a 18% tip is added to that bill, so no need to tip for those items just your meal.
