Silly countdown question

When you are counting down, do you count today and the day your leaving?

We leave on Thursday, 11/26. So should our countdown be 2, 3 or 4 days?

We kind of do both. Our trip begins on sunday, so that's 6 days. So we say: 6 days until we go on holiday. But when I am talking about going to disney, we count 7 days, because we are going to arrive at AKL on the monday.

Depends what feels like your holiday to you. Does your holiday start when you start your trip or when you arrive?
