There used to be on in Liberty Square by the Christmas Shop. I think it's called Liberty Square Portrait Gallery.

I've had it done at both places.

I heard they were reopened at Liberty Square in the MK again. Can confirm in a few weeks!

Cart is still there, just at the entrance to the little street. This was today.
