I love the message of the film so much. We may not understand why things happen to us when they happen but they later become clear. I have this happen so often in my life and I look back and think... wow, I can't believe what good came from that?

I love the kids! I also really like the scene when Merril is watching the news of the aliens at a birthday party somewhere and he's telling the children on the video to get out of the way!

Great use of framing in that movie. The mom's story is so sad!
