Signing up linked friends and family in Navigator App for activities

There are eight of us traveling together in three rooms. We are linked on the Navigator app. Can we sign up each other for activities ,excursions, and so on when we log into our plans when our window opens?

Yup. If you can see their reservations you can book items for them. We had one person do all the reservations for our three cabins.
