My son has a tee shirt signed by his friends. Some of them did not use permenet marker, and I have little hope for those signatures, but do I need to set the other ones? And how do I do that?

I didn't know where to post this... we don't have a laundry board... :rotfl:

HaleyB,

This is just from my experience, but I just washed DS's signed tshirt like normal and dried it in the dryer. I had no problems, never really thought about setting the ink (permanant) but I did wash it with darker colors the first time just in case. (it is a white t-shirt).

Good Luck,

I would go over the signatures that are not permanant witha sharpie. That way all of them will be there. We have never gone anything to a sharpie signature. I read somewhere that you can remove permanent marker with alcohol or hair spray------cannot remember which one though.
