    :goodvibes Just in case you guys don't know about I thought I would post. FitDay help you to know how many calories you burned through housework/workouts/walking, it helps you keep track of what you ate/carbs you ate/nutritional value of what you ate, and it charts your progress to your goal. This has really helped me before because I can see progress, and it makes me be honest with myself on what I am doing right, and what I need to improve on. Check it out you may like it! :goodvibes

    I want to say that this is really a great tool and I use it too. It is a bit labor intensive at the beginning until you get into the swing of how the items are found. If I don't fine exactly what it is, I do my best to come up with the portions or I make items in my custom list.

    Love and highly recommend it.
