Signatures with bar seating.

Which signatures offer full service at the bar? Do you know if an AdR is required to dine at the bar? I'm doing a solo and I want to do at least 1 signature, but I don't feel like being tied to an ADR.

We always eat at the bar in Signature restaurants. Those offering a full menu are:
California Grill
Citricos
Flying Fish
Narcoossees
Jiko
Shulas
Blue Zoo
Il Mulino
Fultons

Artist Point and Yachtsman have no restaurant bar, but have adjoining bar/lounges. Stories vary as to whether or not you can get a full meal.

We've had great success w/o reservations, but only by going early. The only time we've been unable to get a bar seat is at Blue Zoo and Shulas when the Swan/Dolphin have large conventions. Those times the bar is SRO almost as soon as they open.

I just wanted to add the Brown Derby Lounge they have their own menu but I've heard some say you can order full restaurant menu as well...

Thanks! I had another recommendation for Flying Fish so I think I'll go there.

I've also been checking out the lounges with app menus. The fondue at Territory in WL looks great! Got any good recommendations for lounge food? I'm staying at CSR, how is Rix?

I think you will like it at FF!

Just be sure to go early--none of these bars are what you'd call particularly large, and as the evening goes along, they can fill up with guests just at the bar waiting for a table.
