Hi photo board people. Haven't been around for a while; too busy unfortunately. But, I wanted to post a warning about your signatures. I got "reported" today because I recently added a link to my web site since so many others have it. Well, little did I know about the rules:
10. LINKS TO OTHER SITES: You are welcome to link to your web site on our boards provided that a) you are not promoting a commercial service or for-profit venture, b) you don't post primarily to promote your site and c) that you place one of these images on the home page of your web site. Before posting a link to another site, we ask that you please first check to see if the same information is available on www.wdwinfo.com.
I have noticed some of you don't have links back to the DIS or are including links to a "commercial" site and I would hate for you all to get dinged too. Or, do we fight back and get them to change the rules so that (1) we can share our photos and web sites with each other and (2) not require the link back if your web site provider doesn't provide a way for you to do it. I for one would hate not being able to see your web sites from your signatures.
