signature seating from hotel

We booked a package through Seaworld which comes with the signature seating. Is this same as what you can pay for on the website? Or is it a little different? Any advice to using it? I have read that with the quick queue, you have to get the pass from the front desk the day before. Is this true with signature seating too?

I saw people with these when I was there last week. People had these lanyards that said preferred hotel guests or something like that. People showed their lanyard just like I would show my annual pass. I would guess they give them to you when you check in. It seems like the same as what you pay for reserved seating on the website. It's all one area at each show. Have fun.
