We are thinking of taking a week long trip in sept 15th thru 20th with free dining.
We have done free dining in 2007 and 2008 but have since become QSDP lovers
We dislike being tied down to adrs which park to be in (no hoppers - no need to in sept) and how long it takes to eat.
So, we are planning to hit two signatures and one regular restaurant
As of right now all the signatures except cali grill have availability at all times every night do you think they will still be available sept 1st ish?

but, that is a low season because of school and you may not have a problem at all.
