Signature Restaurant Question.....

The plan brochure states that 2 TS credits will be deducted for each diner at a Signature location. Seems that that has been interpreted that everyone either pays with credits or pays out of pocket. But what if you want to use your credits but don't have enough to cover 2 credits for each person?

On our last day we'll have 4 TS credits left for our party of 4 (2 adult and 2 children). We want to eat at Narcoossees. So, we won't have enough credits to cover 2 for each person. Does this mean we can't use credits at all, which means they'd go to waste......or will they just apply the 4 credits to 2 of the meals and allow us to pay out of pocket for the rest?

I don't even want to think about what to do if they don't track the credits and the server applies the 4 credits against the 2 adult meals . Would I have to correct them and tell them to apply it against 1 adult and 1 child? Would I be incorrect to let the server handle and just accept whatever they do? I have a headache

Has anyone come across this situation? Someone must have have eaten at a Signature location on their last day. Any help would be appreciated.

No. If you tell them the truth about how many credits of each kind you think you've used, and you accept whatever they tell you you can or cannot do, then you're in good shape. I'd work out the arrangements in advance, since you already foresee the problem, so no one is surprised at the end of the meal.

You will be able to use the TS credits; however, how they will apply the credits would be uncertain. I would expect that they would apply 2 TS for an adult meal and 2TS for one of the kids and then you would pay cash for the other 2. That would be worst case, but they might just apply them all for the adults and charge you for the kids.

Either way is fine by me so long as we can use the credits. I'd expect they'd apply the credits to 1 adult and 1 child, but if they apply them all to the adult meals I'll chalk it up to a pleasant surprise. I just don't want them to tell me it's all TS credits or all OOP, and nothing in between.......
