Signature Help!!!

I feel like such a dummy! I have read the instructions on past posts on how to add a signature, but I cannot find where to do it. Any help would be most appreciated!

Near the top of the page on the right side is your user name. Click on it and a drop down menu will appear. Signature is the second one down in the left-hand column.

Trying to add a signature with no luck! :/ I tried the above that siskaren suggested but the 2nd one down in drop down for me says contact details and no other info says signature, even when I click on it! Tech savy I am not! :/
