Signature Dining?

Which signature dining is the best? My fiance and I are trying to choose one to do on our honeymoon. I would appreciate LOTS of opinions! ha ha

I have not eaten at all of the signature dining restaurants. But of those I have, Jiko is my favorite by far. It is quiet and beautiful and very romantic. The food is delicious and the service is warm and friendly.
I have enjoyed California Grill, Flying Fish and Narcosee's and would go back to each of them. I did not enjoy (over several tries) and will not return to Yachtsmen Steakhouse.
But of all, Jiko is our favorite.

It is a signature dining experience, maybe not on the dining plan, but it's the premier dining experience at Disney.

Sticking to DDP restaurants, Jiko is our favorite followed by Citrico's and Narcoossee's. California Grill is also worth experiencing though the food was a bit disappointing for us.

Disney has signature dining locations that have nothing to do with the DDP. Since the OP asked about signature dining, not 2TS credits, and because it's not in the DDP area, I assumed they were looking for best signature experiences on property. Not just limiting to the DDP options

If it's a DDP issue, then I vote for Jiko. (I don't think any of my original suggestions are on the DDP)

If it's just signature dining, then my votes stay the same as I first posted.

We were disappointed in Cali Grill the past two trips. Food was ok, nothing special, and service was rushed. Can't recommend .

Our favorite is the Cali Grill. The food is awesome and you can't beat the atmosphere. To watch Wishes with a glass of wine in hand looking down towards MK is just Magic

I have to throw in another vote for Jiko's. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly service, and lovely food. I just returned from WDW, and Jiko's was far and away the best meal of the trip.

we have just got back today. Victoria and Albert is a must and so is Blue Zoo. We went to Californian Grill and the food was not nice at all. If it is a signatory restaurant then the only reason for this is because you can see wishes fireworks. As far as the food is concerned I would give it a BIG MISS.

I disagree that California Grill is a signature restaurant only because of the fireworks. It burns my biscuits that the fireworks are the main draw. However, there are hits and misses in the entrées, but if you stick to the flatbreads, sushi, cheese plate, and certain main dishes, it definitely is a signature experience. I just ate there last month, so my experience is relatively fresh. But I do agree that if all you ate were the misses, your views will lean toward the "big miss" side.

But if the dining plan isn't a concern for the original poster of this thread, I echo all of Tricia's picks, well I guess your picks, too. I ate at V&A and Todd English's bluezoo™ last month during my last trip, as well.
