Signature Design---Who makes this one??

I found a signature design that I absolutely LOVE but I don't know who made it. I contacted the person that has it and she couldn't remember who did it for her. The poster is "princessh" Her name is Heather and her name displays across the bottom of her posts and it's Cinderella whirling from rags to princess to her wedding gown.



Could someone let me know who makes this??
